AUTOMATIC CONTINUOUS SORTING SYSTEM |
Any analysis of the food industry and in particular at slaughter houses, ham factories etc, highlights the absence of a system able to manage different forms of meatsush as fresh and deep frozen meats, in a single line.
SELECTRA 12/L_22C is ideal for the sorting of both types of procuct and allows for considerable gains in speed of discharge, simplicity of selection and lover costs per kilo carried.
Furthermore subdividing the the products into different weight categories allows for a better management of the successive stages of processing. The SELECTRA 12/L_22C sorting system is encased in a stainless steel and alluminium structure.Conveyor belts are in a Derlin or Abasit plastic and all ather components are suitable for food processing. The sorting criteria used are weight, quality and fat thickness:
* 23 weight-based sorting criteria.
* 7 pH levels can be set with hot branding of numerical values or physicaldeviation.
* Memory capacityfor 99 tables of acceptability limits with 6 different final destination.
* Capacity to deviate products mechanically to 23 different memorized lateral exits.
* Weight range 00.00-to 25.00 Kg.
* Sensitivity 10 gr.
* Accuracy 2x1000 ± 40 gr.
* System set for given numbers of pieces or weight of product, which once reached, causes the machinery to stop to allow for changes of container or to set the same weight criteria on the next machine in the line.
* Attaches to each individual container a label indicating the date and time of processing, total number of pieces weight and total averange.
* The system can host a tv camera designed to gauge the thickness of the fatty layer on each piece processed, upstream of the feed section, which allows for further analysis of the batch or identification of anomalies leading to change of final destination.
* The system also allows for the analysis of each individual piece and memorisation of any defects which in turn allows the operator to send the piece to a pre- designated exit by simply pressing a button on the keyboard; data is organised and displayed on the monitor screen, stored and printed.
* Productioncapacity in continuous sorting mode max 1500 pieces/hour.
* Continuous sorting mode according to weight and fat thickness via tv camera, 1200 pieces/hour.
* Sorting according to weight and pH values, max 600 pieces/hour.
